Our Plushie Pre-Order System

We are a small, family operated business. We are also concerned about our carbon footprint. Because of these two factors, we have developed a unique system for you to order plushies from us.

We keep a small amount of plushies in-stock; when those run out, we open up our rolling pre-order system.

We order the plushies in our pre-orders every two months. This way we can ensure that we order a much more accurate amount of stock instead of over or under ordering. What this does is make sure that our plushies are always wanted when they are ordered. We do not want to flood the market with unwanted plushies that will end up in a landfill or without the homes that they need.

We call our system a rolling pre-order system because when we order our pre-orders, we make sure that you can still pre-order.

How It Works…

When you pre-order, you buy a plushie like you normally would. We then add it to our order. When the two-month deadline rolls around, we order. On the Pre-order page we always give you a date of the next pre-order so you know when the next order date will be. We will customarily get your order to you no more than a month after we order. This time accounts for the time it takes to make, receive, and ship your order to you. The system is similar to when you order a custom product from a vendor or creator.

Time Frame To Get Your Plushie

We know that this time-frame can seem like a long time. Our system is designed to be good to everyone, with our pre-order system we do not have to discontinue any of our plushies ever. So you always have an avenue to getting the plushie you want. Good things come to those who wait and we appreciate your patience in waiting for your new friend. We promise that you will get your new friends, and this is how we keep that promise.

Our smaller products are on an in-stock basis, we only use the pre-order system with our plushies.

Paying For A Plushie Pre-Order

Plushie pre-orders are always paid for up-front. When you put in your pre-order it is just like buying a plushie straight-out. That money is set aside and we use it only to order your plushie. We will keep you regularly updated on the progress of your plushie pre-order.

Cancelling A Plushie Pre-Order

You can cancel your plushie pre-order anytime before our posted order date. On and after the order date, all sales are considered final and you can no longer cancel your order. All orders cancelled before the order date will be refunded in total.
