Free Shipping in the U.S.!

Shipping Policy

We offer free domestic shipping in the United States. Our free shipping is through USPS and will take 3 – 7 business days (Monday – Friday) to reach you. Processing time for each plush order is 1-3 business days.

Once ordered, your plushie will be packaged and shipped to you. It can take 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) to process your order; our Free Shipping option is offered through USPS which can take an additional 3-7 business days to reach you. Other shipping options through USPS are available before checkout but do come at a cost, choosing an option other than Free Shipping will result in a shipping fee being added at checkout, you will then be responsible for the shipping price as well as the price of your merchandise. If there are any unforeseen delays in processing we will notify you immediately. We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays.


Return & Refund Policy

This store does not accept returns or provide refunds for in-stock orders, all in-stock orders are considered final.

Pre-ordered (backstock) plushie orders can be canceled before the posted order date, on and after the posted pre-order date all sales are considered final. If you cancel your plushie pre-order before the posted order date you will received a full refund.

In the event that a customer’s order may arrive damaged due to its own packaging error or is misprinted, we will do our best to work with the customer to see that they receive the product they initially ordered.

Detailed photos of the package and product condition will be required. Additional shipping costs may occur during this process, and it may be up to the customer to cover said charges depending on the situation. This process can take 2-4 weeks depending on the problem and type of solution.


Exchange Policy

Unless you received the wrong item or the item was damaged due to its own packaging error or is misprinted, we don’t accept exchanges.


Lost or Stolen Packages

This store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages damaged by the shipping carrier. It will be the customer’s responsibility to file any claims with the shipping entity (USPS) to recover their packages.


Received The Wrong Item?

If you have received the wrong item from us, DO NOT OPEN THE INNER PACKAGING, let us know within 14 days of receiving the item.

If the inner packaging is still intact; you will be sent a shipping label and shipping material to ship the item back to us. Detailed photos or video of the item still inside its inner packaging may be required.

We must receive the item within 30 days of processing the return.

As soon as we receive the incorrectly shipped item, you will be shipped the item you originally ordered or a refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.

If you open the inner packaging you can no longer return the item.

If we have shipped you the wrong item we want to fix it. Please send us picture or video documentation of the item you received.
